I haven't lost a pound since the 20th.  I'm doing everything like I'm supposed to, so I don't know why I'm not losing anything.  I've hit a really stubborn plateau and it's really annoying me.  It makes me sit and wonder why I did this to myself!  I am having some trouble with vomiting here in the past week.  If something doesn't settle well, it will come right back up!  Saturday it was salsa, last night it was Tuna Fish.  I do OK when everything is pureed and if I eat super, super slow.  Otherwise I end up having it come right back up.

I am still exercising every day, too. I don't know why I'm not losing any weight!  I thought this surgery was supposed to make it so I lost a lot of weight!  GRRRR!
